Cio Oliveira

BRIEF RESUME

I am Cio Oliveira, a Brazilian Artist; I was born in Recife - PE/Brazil. I started to drawing
and painting since elementary school, I was the one to drawing all the projects for the
class, after High School, I joined the program on Publicity/advertising drawing and
Interior Decoration of the Pernambuco State Technical School. That was the first step
forward to my art career. After I've had graduated, I've had joined the Marketing
program at the Superior School of Marketing (College), in Recife. In addition, I have a
vast experience working as a painter (visual artist), computer graphic designer, and web
designer, worked for over twelve years in the visual communication and computer
graphics industry. In 1998, I came to Birmingham - USA, where I've had joined the art
and Art Studio Program at UAB, attending Illustration, Web designer, Sculpture and
painting classes for self-enrichment during the years of 2000-2005. Since there, I'm still
working on my Studio at home.

So many places, so many faces, so many stories to tell
So many lives, so many souls, so may people to fill.
Landscapes, seascapes, real feeling, surreal act
So many walls, so many canvas to cry out loud.
