The Gallery is a perfect place for receptions, after rehearsal dinners, corporate
events, birthday parties, or any gathering. We have the most elegant setting and
have the capacity for up to 150 guests. Please call for further information.

Pricing

Monday thru Thursday..............................................................$500.

Friday & Saturday.....................................................................$600.

By The Hour (two hour minimum).............................................. $150.

Security deposit (refundable)..................................................... $300.

A 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. THE FINAL BALANCE IS
DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

Ten Frequently Asked Questions About Gallery Rentals

1. How much is the rent?
Please see the Rental Rate section.

2. How many guests can the Gallery accommodate?
The Gallery can accommodate up to 150 guests for a reception. This includes the
entire Gallery plus the terrace area in front of the Gallery.

3. How long do we have the building?
Gallery rental includes 3 hours for your event plus 2 hours for set-up and 2 hours for take-down.
Additional set-up time must be approved by the Event Coordinator. Additional hours may be
purchased at a rate of $100 per hour. If your event lasts longer than your allotted time, you will
be charged $100 per hour for each additional hour.

4. Do we have to use your caterer?
jenniferharwellart does not have a caterer. You are free to use any licensed caterer.

5. May I serve alcohol at my event?
Yes, provided they are purchased through jenniferharwellart.

6. What are your restrictions?
We try to accommodate our clients as much as possible to ensure that their event is a success.
We do not allow throwing of rice, birdseed, or confetti inside the building or on adjacent grounds.
The use of bubbles is prohibited inside the building. Decorations may not be attached to or hung
from the walls or ceilings. Only table and free standing decorations are allowed. Also, no sparkles
or sequins may be used as decorations.

7. Does the Gallery provide valet parking?
jenniferharwellart does not provide valet parking. You are free to hire any valet company for your
event should you wish this service. There is ample parking in the lower parking level with stairs
and an elevator to the terrace level.

8. What is the best way to tour and reserve the Gallery?
Please call or email the Gallery to make an appointment.

9. Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a $300 non-refundable security deposit is due upon reservation. It is refundable within 30
days after the event if no damages have been incurred by the Gallery.

10. Will a representative from the Gallery be present during my event?
Yes, someone representing the Gallery will stay on site in case of special needs.
