Most of the women in my family are artistic. My grandmother painted beautiful oils and watercolors. From an early age, I was exposed to the arts. I have been an artist forever and attended Auburn Art School, but was discouraged by having a "job" in Art as a graphic designer. I have recently had more time to paint, and have been enjoying it. My three children are now all in Elementary School. I love color and find peace behind a paintbrush.
