I was introduced to arts and handcrafting at a very early age by my grandmother who instilled a deep love for it. Growing up I won awards for painting, weaving and sculpture in school and had several pieces displayed in museums & galleries. I have always loved nature and creating new things but was left little time to pursue my desires until recently. Since my marriage I have, with the encouragement of my husband, begun to pursue many outlets for the creativity that has been pressuring me to release it. When I discovered a way to create new designs with natural elements I jumped in with both feet and have been creating new designs in jewelry and other gemstone art such as my gemstone bonsai trees since.
