Writer Ralph Ellison stated, "When I discover who I am, I'll be free." With every peace of art I create, I find pieces of the puzzle which make-up who I am. In creating works of art, it is my desire to help others unearth missing pieces of who they are. It is my hope, that my works will set the viewer free from the way they normally see or think.
